Erik brings three decades of experience working in virtually all aspects of the adult beverage and hospitality industries to provide financial, strategic, and M&A advisory services to clients and investors in the Pacific Northwest.

As a Managing Director, Kristin oversees Metis’ Oregon wine practice. Kristin grew up on her family’s winery and later spent 15 years running Oregon wineries and vineyards, both legacy and emerging brands. She’s been involved in multiple M&A transactions as both a seller and a buyer before joining Metis. Her unique experience and perspective is invaluable help in guiding clients through transactions.

ELIANE WIBABARA
FINANCIAL ANALYST
Eliane is responsible for analyzing financial data and building valuation models for Metis clients. Before joining Metis, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology Enabled Services division at Jefferies Financial Group. Eliane holds a master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Maine and bachelor’s degrees in Agriculture and Food Business Economics and Economic Sciences from Washington State University.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
As Director of Marketing, Madeline will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients and enhancing awareness around Metis as the premier mergers and acquisitions advisory firm focused on the wine and hospitality industries. With a robust background in marketing, communications, and public relations, Madeline brings over two decades of experience and a proven track record of success to her role at Metis.

Chris Garratt brings a wealth of experience to the creation of Birch Creek Advisors, having built a distinguished career in both hospitality operations and financial and transactional advisory services. Most recently, Chris served as the Managing Director of Metis, leading the firm’s hospitality practice. With this transition, Birch Creek will continue advising Metis’s hospitality clients as clients of Birch Creek, while Metis will remain focused on its core business, winery and vineyard transactions.
